Abstract The Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 22 paragraphs, establishes: detailed requirements for individual types of underground dumps of wastes concerning localization, exploitation and closure; scope, way and conditions of monitoring of such dumps. The localization of the underground dump is selected on the basis of results included in the hydrogeological and geological-engineering documentation, specifying conditions describing selected geological formations and concerning dumping of the selected types of wastes.
