This Regulation entered into force on 12 March 2019.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 17 articles and six Annexes, lays down: (1) housing conditions and technical equipment required to perform laboratory testing of seed; (2) equipment required for sampling of seed; (3) detailed personnel, organizational and technical requirements for training centers; (4) program of the training specified in art. 75 par. 1.3 and art. 79 par. 3 of the Seed Act; (5) requirements for the examination and the way of keeping appropriate records; (6) the model certificate of completing the basic training; (7) the minimum number of tests within the specified period of time; (8) the extent and manner of supervision over the official qualifiers, accredited qualifiers, official samplers, accredited samplers, accredited laboratories and official laboratories.
