Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down the procedure and manner of reporting and notification form for the suspension of shipments of plants, plant products and other objects or isolated pathogens that are imported to the Republic of Slovenia, which pose a danger to the introduction and spread of harmful organisms. This Regulation is composed of 13 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Detention (Sec. 2); Procedure and method of communication in the Republic of Slovenia (Sec. 3); Method of international communication and record keeping (Sec. 4); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 5).
