Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 16 paragraphs and 13 Annexes, implements art. 94 par. 3 of the Environment Protection Act and establishes: (1) the scope and manner of reporting to the Chief Inspector of Environmental Protection on results of the classification of the zones referred to in art. 88 point 2 of Environment Protection Act, results of measurements of air quality, results of the assessment of levels of substances in ambient air, identified exceeding of the alarm level of substances in ambient; (2) the scope and manner of reporting to the State Research Institute on measurement results for the needs of mathematical modeling of transport and transformation of substances in the air; (3) the scope and manner of reporting to the minister responsible for the environment on adoption and implementation of the program of air protection and on adoption and implementation of short-term action plan.
