Entry into force notes
This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 26 October 2020), it shall apply from 31 December 2021, except for the provisions of article 71 which shall apply on the day of accession of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the Serbian Food Safety Law, prescribes the detailed conditions regarding the quality of fruit and vegetable products intended for the final consumer, including: rules on classification, categorization and name of the product; physical, chemical and sensory properties, as well as the composition of products and raw materials; the type and quantity of raw materials, additives and other substances used in the production and processing of products; elements of essential technological procedures applied in the production and processing of products; packaging and declaration and additional product labelling requirements.
