Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the Serbian Food Safety Law, prescribes the detailed conditions regarding the quality of fruit and vegetable products intended for the final consumer, including: rules on classification, categorization and name of the product; physical, chemical and sensory properties, as well as the composition of products and raw materials; the type and quantity of raw materials, additives and other substances used in the production and processing of products; elements of essential technological procedures applied in the production and processing of products; packaging and declaration and additional product labelling requirements.
