This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides for monitoring, classification of bathing water in surface water, management of bathing water in order to maintain the quality and public information system on the quality of bathing water on the territory of the Croatian Republic, also for the purposes of preserving, protecting and improving the quality of the environment and water security in terms of biological safety.
