This Regulation enters into force on the day of accession of the Republic of Croatia into the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes all necessary content and requirements determining the procedure whereby the marketing of specified forest reproductive material is banned (adverse effect on phenotypic or genotypic characteristics of forest material). Further determining the certain environmental, genetic, biodiversity and human health issues, and the documentation that has to be enclosed to the application (ban requests).
