The Regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures of good manufacturing process of materials and articles in contact with food and determines the rules and procedures for the registration of businesses producing these materials and articles. This Regulation is drafted in accordance with the European Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2023/2006 on good manufacturing practice for materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
