This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the categories of landfills, procedures and other conditions for waste disposal, procedures and additional conditions for waste reception (also in underground waste disposal sites), further determining the official emission limit values for waste disposal and conditions and measures related to planning, construction, operation and closure of the above mentioned landfills (present on the territory of the Republic of Croatia).
