Abstract

This Regulation specifies the types and groups of vegetables, the categories in which the seed of each type of vegetable is officially certified or marketed, the requirements regarding varietal or species authenticity and purity, health status and other quality criteria of vegetable seed, which must be met by each individual for official certification or marketing category, packaging, sealing and labelling requirements and other conditions for marketing vegetable seed, special requirements for marketing incompletely certified vegetable seed and vegetable seed and mixture of vegetable seed in small packages, more detailed process of official certification of vegetable seed, process of official control of inspector and sampler under official control, the procedure for the subsequent control of vegetable seeds and a more detailed way of informing and exchanging data.
