Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the necessary prohibitions and restrictions as well as other mandatory treatments for the disposal of polychlorinated biphenyls and polychlorinated terphenyls (PCBs, considered as hazardous waste), in order to protect the environment and human health and in order to report to the European Commission.
