Entry into force notes
This Ordinance enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Ordinance stipulates the management of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) and polychlorinated terphenyls (PCT) and used PCBs and PCTs as well as equipment containing PCBs and PCTs, in order to fully recycle and/or dispose of them due to the threat that they present to the environment and human health.
