Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture and Law on mitigation and relief of natural disasters, prescribes the implementation of the Support Programme for agricultural producers to mitigate damage from drought occurred during the year 2022. Support from the Program is awarded to support beneficiaries in the amount of a maximum of 10% of the total reported damages from natural disasters such as drought in 2022 in the Register of Damages from Natural Disasters for each individual support beneficiary.
