This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Law regulates the: criteria and powers necessary for declaring a natural disaster; assessment of the damage deriving from natural disasters, by granting assistance aimed at mitigate and partially eliminate the consequences of possible natural disaster occurred on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
