Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture, prescribes the implementation of the Sugar Beet Producer Support Program for the year 2022. Eligible area is an agricultural area of 1 ha or more on which sugar beet is produced; aid is small value aid intended for sugar beet producers; eligible beneficiaries of the aid are sugar beet producers entered in the Register of Farmers, who have submitted the application and are entitled to production-linked aid for sugar beet in 2022. Beneficiaries are required to meet the following conditions: in 2022, ensure the sowing of sugar beet by crop rotation on related farm; deliver sugar beet to the processing chain for the purpose of sugar production, in the manner regulated by a special regulation for production-related support for sugar beet.
