Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 11 paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: (1) way and conditions of the evaluation of variety identity; (2) amounts (details in Annex 1) of samples of seed material for the evaluation of variety identity, including way of packaging and marking and deadlines of their sending to the appropriate organizational unit of the Research Centre for Varieties of Cultivated Plants; (3) scope and deadlines of passing information on official sampling to the General Inspector of Seed and Plan Protection.
