Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 15 articles and two Annexes, lays down requirements for varietal purity and methodology, method and conditions to evaluate varietal identity and purity of seed for individual species, groups or subgroups of agricultural plants and vegetables. Furthermore the present Regulation provides details on samples used to assess varietal identity and purity, including their packaging and labeling, deadlines for their transmission to the entity specified by the Center for Cultivar Testing, and conditions and period of storing these samples. Annex 2 specifies the model information about the results of varietal identity and purity of seed.
