Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down specific rules on the hygiene of food of animal origin for food business operators. In particular, this Regulation specifies the contents of the application and registration procedure for establishments carrying out activities involving food of animal origin, and sets out the maximum allowable volume of food processing at the site of origin and the manner and conditions for approving retail establishments directly supply
