This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation sets the official classification (here classified into especially dangerous infectious diseases; dangerous infectious diseases; and other infectious diseases) of infectious animal diseases, sets the rules for test and diagnosis, and defines the necessary method of reporting over the possible, confirmed or eradicated occurrence/presence of such diseases (also parasitic diseases, zoonoses) on the territory of Montenegro.
