This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation hereby provides for the official Montenegrin classification of infectious animal diseases (classified and listed as dangerous and particularly dangerous), including the necessary manner for the reporting and notification (suspicion of contagious animal disease) as regards the presence of such animal pest/diseases.
