This Regulation entered into force on 17 October 2014.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of the Environment, which is composed of 11 articles and four Annexes, establishes species of plants: (a) under strict protection including species requiring active protection (specified in Annex 1); (b) under partial protection (Annex 2); (c) under partial protection which can be acquired and the means of their acquiring (Annex 3); (d) requiring designation of protected areas (Annex 4). The present Regulation also lays down prohibitions related to individual species or groups of plants, and means of protection of species including size of protection zones.
