This Regulation entered into force on 4 February 2012.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of ten paragraphs and four Annexes, lays down: wild plant species which are strictly protected (Annex 1); wild plant species which are partially protected (Annex 2; partially protected wild plants which can be collected (Annex 3); wild plant species requiring establishing of protected zones (Annex 4). The present Regulation establishes also prohibitions for certain individual species or groups of plants species, related derogations, and methods of plants species protection.
