Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six articles and one Annex, lays down: (1) rules of working out the provincial report on wastes; (2) form of the report (specified in the Annex); (3) deadlines of passing the provincial report to the Minister of Environment. The report is worked out on the basis of the provincial database concerning production and management of wastes. The report is in the form of an electronic document and includes the following sections: wastes generation, receiving of municipal wastes, wastes collection, wastes management, management of sewage wastes, register of issued decisions concerning generation and management of wastes.
