Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six articles and one Annex, lays down: (1) rules of preparing the provincial report on wastes; (2) form of the report; (3) deadline of passing the provincial report to the Minister of Environment. The report is prepared on the basis of the provincial database concerning generation and management of wastes. The report is in the form of an electronic document specified in the Annex and includes the following sections: (1) wastes generation; (2) receiving of urban wastes; (3) wastes collection; (4) wastes management; (5) management of sewage wastes; (6) register of issued decisions concerning generation and management of wastes; (7) register of owners of wastes exempt from the obligation of obtaining permission; (8) installations for recycling and disposal of wastes; (9) information on management of vehicles out of service; (10) Information on vehicle fray.
