Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment, which is composed of six articles and one Annex, lays down: (1) requirements regarding the microchip and the method of microchip implantation of a vertebrate animal belonging to an invasive alien species (IAS), posing a threat to the European Union or to invasive alien species posing a threat to Poland, including the minimum dimensions or age of the animal and the place of microchip implantation; (2) requirements for the facility or container where invasive alien species are placed; (3) requirements for the preparation of photographic documentation of individual characteristics of invasive alien species, including the maximum number of animals for which such documentation is prepared.
