The Regulation enters into force 14 days after its publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two articles and two Annexes, establishes five regions of tobacco cultivation in Poland. Annex 1 specifies the groups of tobacco types which can be cultivated in those regions. Annex 2 identifies the tobacco varieties which belong to the individual groups of tobacco above-mentioned.
