Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two articles and two Annexes, establishes five regions of tobacco cultivation in Poland. Annex 1 specifies the groups of tobacco types which can be cultivated in those regions. Annex 2 identifies the tobacco varieties which belong to the individual groups of tobacco above-mentioned.
