The Regulation entered into force on the day when Poland became a member of the European Union.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four paragraphs and one Annex, establishes five Polish regions of tobacco cultivation. The Annex specifies groups of tobacco types which can be cultivated in the individual regions.
