This Regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Journal.
Abstract

This Regulation lays down the principles on trade, import, production and terms of use of the substances depleting the ozone layer in accordance with the Montreal Protocol. The Regulation also defines the procedures and principles on their introduction into the market and on removing some of these products from the market totally.
