Abstract This Regulation prescribes the form and content of forms for the recognition and operation of fishing cooperatives. Fishery cooperative is a cooperative established in accordance with the regulations governing cooperatives and recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture as a fishing cooperative. The fishing cooperative must have the fishing activity registered in the court register. Conditions for recognition are laid down in article 3. Details on the application for recognition of a fishing cooperative are defined in article 4. Control of fishing cooperatives is regulated in article 6.
