This Regulation enters into force eighjt days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the conditions: to be met by quickly frozen food during the freezing, storage, transport, storage in refrigerated display cases in retail, intended to end consumers, restaurants, hospitals and other public facilities, including food and food that will be further processed and used in the preparation of prepared meals, for the implementation of self-control and official control of temperature in vehicles and areas for short-and long-term storage of quick frozen foods, sampling methods and methods of measuring temperature of quickly frozen foods that are used for the purpose of official control in the production and distribution of quick-frozen foods.
