Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment is composed of nine paragraphs and one Annex. Persons dealing with wastes management must have certificates proving required qualifications. This Regulation establishes: (1) mode of appointing an examination committee; (2) scope of information to be verified; (3) mode of carrying out the examination; (4) fees for the examination; (5) salary for member of the examination committee; (6) form of certificate proving qualifications concerning wastes management, specified in the Annex.
