The Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2008.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment is composed of nine paragraphs and one Annex. Persons dealing with wastes management must have certificates proving required qualifications. This Regulation establishes: (1) mode of appointing an examination committee; (2) scope of information to be verified; (3) mode of carrying out the examination; (4) fees for the examination; (5) salary for member of the examination committee; (6) form of certificate proving qualifications concerning wastes management, specified in the Annex.
