Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of nine articles and one Annex, lays down: (1) the mode of appointment of the examination committee to conduct the exam in the field of waste management, its composition and specific requirements for members of the committee; (2) detailed scope of information to be checked during the exam in the field of waste management; (3) the mode of conducting the examination; (4) the method of payment for the examination; (5) the remuneration of members of the examination committee; (6) the form of certificate confirming qualifications in the field of waste management (specified in the Annex).
