Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of 18 articles, establishes the tasks of monitoring and forecasting of pests and professional tasks in the field of plant health, an area of public service health care of plants, personnel and space requirements, conditions for equipment, conditions and methods of financing public service, and public service reporting.
