Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food establishes: (1) the programme of the training on plant health; (2) the way to provide training and examinations; (3) conditions to be met by the training organizer; (4) conditions to be met by lecturers; (5) method of selecting the training; (6) the certificate of basic knowledge on plant health; (7) details on keeping records on persons responsible for plant health. This Regulation is composed of 19 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Training organizers (Sec. 2); Programme of the training (Sec. 3); Record keeping (Sec. 5); Final provision (Sec. 6).
