This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation sets the necessary phytosanitary measures (also sampling, inspection and concrete hygiene-sanitary issues) for the prevention of introduction, spread, and also aimed to suppress the harmful organism mosaic virus pepina-Pepino mosaic virus that spreads through thw seeds of tomatoes (Lycopersicon lycopersicum (L.) Karsten ex Farw).
