This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the necessary phytosanitary measures aimed to prevent the introduction, spread and to eradicate the harmful organism called the genus Pomacea (Perry), including certain additional measures regarding specific herbs that are also indicated as potentially risky in relation to the above mentioned plant pest/disease.
