This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation officially defines all phytosanitary measures aimed to prevent the introduction, spread and to offer concrete suppression procedures for Phytophthora ramorum Werres (De Cock & Man in 't Veld sp) which represents a harmful disease that can attack various susceptible plants, sensitive and delicate tree bark (on the territory of Montenegro).
