This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the necessary phytosanitary measures aimed to prevent the introduction and spread of harmful organisms such as Xanthomonas campestris (all strains pathogenic to Citrus), Cercospora angolensis Carv.et Mendes and campestris (all strains pathogenic to Citrus) on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
