Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the necessary phytosanitary measures aimed to prevent the introduction and spread of Clavibacter michiganensis ssp. sepedonicus (Spieckerman Kotthoff) Davis et al. (harmful organism) on the territory of Montenegro when entering/or transiting the tubers (potatoes).
