This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the necessary phytosanitary measures aimed to prevent the introduction, spread and to eradicate the Asian beetles Anoplophora glabripennis (Motschulsky, classified as dangerous/harmful organism and present on certain plants), including the rules for safe movement of certain plants, further defines the border/safety areas and other technical issues.
