This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the phytosanitary measures aimed to prevent the introduction, spread and eradication of Anoplophora chinensis (Forster), also determining the practices and rules regarding the movement of certain plants, border areas if the harmful organism is present or if there is a concrete risk of its presence.
