This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the phytosanitary measures for the implementation of the systematic research, aimed also to determine the presence, distribution, containment, and offer control and concrete eradication measures and procedures for potato ring rot, caused by bacteria Clavibactermichiganensis (Smith) Davis et al. ssp. sepedonicus (Spieckermann and Kotthoff) Davis et al. as well as laboratory testing procedures for diagnosis, detection and identification of similar harmful organism on the territory of Montenegro.
