This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines all necessary phytosanitary measures for the implementation of systematic research, also important for determining the presence, distribution, containment, control and eradication procedures and concrete measures for brown rot potato tubers and bacterial wilt of potato and tomato on the territory of Montenegro, caused by Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi, formerly known as Pseudomonas solanacearum (Smith) Smith, further defining the laboratory testing procedures for diagnosis, the detection and identification of similar and/or related harmful organism.
