This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the necessary phytosanitary measures aimed to prevent the introduction and spread, to detect and eradicate the bacterium Xylella fastidiosa (Wells et al.) (recognized as harmful organism, origin European and non-European), also establishing the border areas if the harmful organism is present or if there is a concrete risk of its presence on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
