This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The Regulation defines the implementation of works and studies that are necessary for the process of determination of the possibility of permanent disposal of gases in geological structures, and the conditions of exploitation and mandatory permanent disposal of gases in geological structures or facilities.
