Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six paragraphs and three Annexes, lays down the scope and way of holding examination of electromagnetic fields levels in the environment by provincial inspectors of the environmental protection. Protection of the environment from electromagnetic pollution consists in assuring as good as possible state of the environment by keeping the level of electromagnetic fields below acceptable or at least on this level. The Regulation establishes: (1) way of selecting measurement points; (2) required frequency of measurement; (3) ways of presentation of measurement results.
