Abstract The purpose of this Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment is to assure as good as possible the state of environment by keeping the level of electromagnetic fields below acceptable or at least on this level. The present Regulation, which is composed of eight paragraphs and three Annexes, lays down the scope and method of conducting periodic tests of electromagnetic field levels in the environment, including: (1) method of selecting measurement points; (2) required frequency of measurements; (3) methods of presentation of measurement results.
