Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, and it will fully apply on 1 August 2015.

Abstract

This Regulation prescribe oenological practices and oenological methods for the production of grape must, wine and other products (including various technical aspects of wine and winemaking except vine-growing and grape-harvesting; certain labelling issues; and adopted international principles, known as International Oenological Codex).
