Abstract This Regulation sets forth the animal diseases whose outbreak must be without any delay notified to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. The diseases are listed in Annex. 1 of this Regulation. This Regulation is drafted in accordance with European Council Directive 82/894/EEC on the notification of animal diseases within the Community and Commission Decision 2005/176/EC laying down the codified form and the codes for the notification of animal diseases pursuant to Council.
