This Regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Journal.
Abstract

This Regulation sets forth the animal diseases whose outbreak must be without any delay notified to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. The diseases are listed in Annex. 1 of this Regulation. This Regulation is drafted in accordance with European Council Directive 82/894/EEC on the notification of animal diseases within the Community and Commission Decision 2005/176/EC laying down the codified form and the codes for the notification of animal diseases pursuant to Council.
