Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 5, paragraph 2 and article 8, paragraph 2 which enter into force on the day of the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation provides the: measures to prevent the introduction and the spread of harmful organism Anoplophora chinensis (Forster); phytosanitary measures and standards; requirements which have to be met for the import and movement of specified plants; methods for conducting of special survey and reporting on the presence of harmful organism.
